Does Diskario delete files automatically?
No. Cleanup candidates are placed in a Discard Pile for your review. When you confirm, items move to the Mac’s Trash first.
What should I include in a support request?
Tell us your macOS version, what you were doing, and what you expected to happen. Please do not include private files or sensitive data.
Can I scan an external drive?
Yes. Diskario is designed to scan volumes and folders you choose, with the same review-first cleanup boundary.
Does Diskario send my file data anywhere?
No. Scanning is local by default. See the Privacy Policy for the small set of opt-in or service-related network requests.
