One private workflow

From spoken thought to finished text.

01

Speak naturally

Start dictation from the menu bar and turn your voice into text without sending your audio to Vozari.

02

Transcribe files

Choose an audio or video file and keep the original exactly where it is. Saved transcripts remain in your local library.

03

Capture meetings

Record microphone and system audio as separate, recoverable tracks, then send completed chunks to transcription.

04

Switch languages mid-sentence

Choose Multiple and Vozari transcribes a conversation that moves between languages in one pass, without picking a language first or splitting the file.

05

Separate the speakers

Turn on Speakers to break a recording into speaker turns. Name a speaker once and every turn updates, then merge or reassign anything the model got wrong.

Built for real conversations

Two languages. Several people. One transcript.

Multilingual by design

Most apps make you pick a language up front and then mangle every sentence that is not in it. Vozari routes mixed-language audio to a transcription model built for code-switching, so a meeting that moves between English and Spanish stays readable in both.

Speaker labels you can fix

Speaker separation is never perfect, so renaming, merging, and reassigning speakers are ordinary controls in the editor. Names you set carry into every export format: TXT, Markdown, CSV, SRT, VTT, DOCX, and PDF.

Privacy is the product

Built to know less about you.

Vozari has no account service, advertising, analytics, tracking, or automatic telemetry. Your audio is not sent to Vozari or used to train models.
